Adana kebab is hand-minced meat seasoned with red pepper flakes, pressed onto a wide iron skewer and cooked over charcoal. It comes from the city of Adana in southern Türkiye and is one of the most ordered kebabs in the country.
At Istanbul Restaurant Pattaya we grill it on the ocakbaşı charcoal grill and serve it with baked potatoes, rice and grilled vegetables.
